Annual Subscription

1. Payment Amount & Schedule
By paying for our annual plan, you agree to pay a one-time fee of $854 (or lower amount with discount), plus any applicable taxes, for 12 months of service. Payment will be charged in full at the time of purchase, and you will receive access to the service for the entire year.

2. Annual Period
Your annual period will begin on the date of payment and will last for 12 consecutive months. During this time, you will have full access to the sanoMidLife service.

3. Renewal
Your annual period will not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period.  Prior to the end of the period, we will confirm your options to cancel or continue with the sanoMidLife service.

4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for partial use of the annual payment. Once the payment is processed, you will have access to the service for the full 12 months, even if you choose to discontinue use during this period.

5. Service Availability
Your annual payment grants you access to the sanoMidLife service for the entire 12-month period. Any changes to the service offering will be communicated in advance.

6. Non-transferable
Once you buy this service, it's just for you and can't be given or transferred to anyone else.

7. Account Management
You can update your payment information or view your payment details at any time by contacting us at info@sanoliving.ai.

8. Termination by Provider
We reserve the right to terminate our service if you violate these terms or misuse the service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

The sanoMidLife fee may be eligible for reimbursement through a Health Spending or Personal Wellness Account.
