1. Payment Amount & Schedule
By paying for our monthly plan, you agree to pay $84 per month (or lower amount with discount) plus any applicable taxes. Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the same day each month, starting from the date of your initial purchase.
2. Minimum 6-Month Commitment
Our monthly plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. You are obligated to pay for the first 6 months, even if you choose to cancel the service before the end of this period. During the first 6 months, you will have access to 3-4 Health Coach appointments and 2 Clinician appointments.
3. Cancellation Policy
With our monthly payment plan, a minimum commitment of 6 months is required. If you choose to cancel before the end of the 6-month period, payments for the full 5 months will still be due. Beyond this 6-month period, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. 4. Refunds & Prorated Charges
We do not offer refunds or prorated payments for partial months. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of that cycle.
5. Failed or Late Payments
If a payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to charge your account up to 3 times within a 7-day grace period. If payment is not received, your account may be suspended or terminated until payment is completed.
6. Service Availability
Your subscription grants you access to the sanoMidLife service for the duration of your subscription. Availability of certain features may be subject to change.
7. Non-transferable
Once you buy this service, it's just for you and can't be given or transferred to anyone else.
8. Termination by Provider
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription in the event of non-payment, misuse of service, or violation of these terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

You can update your payment method, review billing history, or manage your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@sanoliving.ai.
The sanoMidLife fee may be eligible for reimbursement through a Health Spending or Personal Wellness Account.
